Homeschooling in sports

With School To Go you get dynamic and comprehensive physical education. We cover everything from team sports and games to bodyweight training and dance.

Subject purpose and curriculum

We have taken as our starting point the state's, and including the Ministry of Education's, objectives and guiding guidelines and learning objectives for basic educational content, so that we ensure that mandatory and important learning is the framework for the teaching and is appropriate for the age level. The curriculum has been updated to 2024 and is thus ensured of the latest knowledge and methods. We have also compiled the curriculum overview for you, so that you can keep up with what you should be able to do. We refer to the description of the subject's objectives and the full curriculum overview here:

Health and the joy of movement

Our lessons include a wide range of sports activities such as swimming, climbing, athletics and vaulting, which allow children to develop both physical skills and body awareness. We also support topics such as fair play, sportsmanship and how the body functions during different types of exercise.

Whether it's about strengthening the body's balance or achieving better flexibility, we offer structured instruction that promotes both health and the joy of movement.

Dive into sports

We bring sports into a whole new context, and you get quality education with:

  • Flexibility and variety: Our curriculum includes both indoor and outdoor activities, as well as individual and team sports activities, so children can try different forms of sports.

  • Health and Well-being: We promote an understanding of the role of sport in health and well-being, both physical and mental. Children learn about the functions of the body, strength building and how to take care of themselves through movement.

  • Social skills: Sports are also an opportunity to develop social skills such as teamwork, respect for others and unity, which we integrate into our activities such as ball games, dance and cooperation exercises.

Individual learning needs

We have created a platform that is tailored to meet your child's individual learning needs, making us an ideal solution for both parents who want to homeschool your child and those of you who are looking for extra support in specific subjects.
